Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar is in the final preparations to prepare new land policy will focus the reality of demand and better utilization of existing Land In for Economic Development.
Ambassador Seif said In the land registry for a long time was being interrupted from time to time due to land disputes and conflicts that brings concerns village de la justice from the Social and costing the Government money.

Second Vice President of Zanzibar urged the public to continue to cooperate with officials of the Institute of Land and Surveying in the early stages of diagnosis and testing especially in areas that have not been properly registered in order to achieve village de la justice that goal the good of the State.
He stressed that since land is a basic principle of development for any country on Earth, people have to build in areas planned to follow the procedures established by the rules of urban planning and villages.
"In the land registry intended goals is to see that lawful users of the area are recognized and judged areas, otherwise the invasion of land and building unsustainable arbitrary never utovumiliwa procedures". He warned the Second Vice President of Zanzibar.
In order to achieve good intentions National land use Ambassador Seif said the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar plans to reconsider the use of land in the coastal zone, Rural and willing to exercise it limeshakamilika in Nungwi Village Sandstone region.
He said great strides have been taken by the Government on the whole issue of testing and registration of land where the first attempt to order registration of diagnosis is associated with land surveying was done in 1994 with funding from the Government of Finland through the project ZILEM.
Second Vice President of Zanzibar thanked the Government of Finland through its Ambassador was existing in Tanzania as well as congratulate the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania for their continued support of the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar in the process of registration of land through the project program. Citing reports of land registration in Zanzibar Land Registrar Mrs Mwanamkaa Abdullrahman said Mohd House zimeshasajiliwa about 1,300 thousand in Shehia 16 contained within the Urban District.
However the Land ombudsman described the challenges encountered in the process village de la justice of registration of land in acre cut-out areas in which many of them have been taken over for the construction of permanent housing.
