Every night I have not been able to sleep more than 4 hours because I wake up and just can not sleep more. Actually, I should be completely dead by now, but right now I'm on some reserve energy I did not know I had. For I manage day sense, even afternoon sessions have not suffered, the only thing that turns hard right now is try to concentrate on plugget ... The training is just fine for the most part.
There are not many all-girls with the camp that fits on the fly for me. Luckily when you're a girl, there are always guys you may be behind, and I've done that on most sessions now. Although there have been numerous sessions with many quiet revolutions, the kind of training I do best, but it's still nice to see that although I have no problem hanging on the back of the peloton.
That it all still works so well, I think has a lot to do with that I love skating and I love training, then you get extra energy. Meanwhile, I know what I just now putting my body is brutal. 6 tough weeks in Canada, one day off, and so new yet another tough camp with sleep deprivation and jet lag is nothing to play with.
