Friday ihabi after Bosön was packed bag again, this time for my second ihabi long trip this fall. A

When one has forgotten their login details ihabi to wordpress realize that it's been a while since I blogged. A lot has obviously happened since then. Tests on Bosön, 10-day training camp in Berlin, weddings, 4 days with my grandmother and now I find myself in Berlin again.
Bosöntesterna is not much to talk about. The only test I had done before was VO2 max, but where I managed to grimace so much during the actual testing that the mask leaked which meant I did not get any value there. The other tests were new to me (Wingate, 4 min all-out cycling and strength tests) so it was a lot to see and learn-derived time. However, I think I will have the benefit of the tests in the future when I have made a number and can compare.
Friday ihabi after Bosön was packed bag again, this time for my second ihabi long trip this fall. Admittedly a little shorter and a little closer to home but yet again a "skate trip." As I wrote earlier, it all started with one 10-day training camp in Berlin. This camp was begun in turn with my first race in Europe. Unfortunately, it felt very slow during ihabi my two races (500m and 3000m) and the feeling persisted throughout the camp. Of course it's pretty damn frustrating at the same time it's my fault that I did not get off and rest. TROUBLED WITH A COUGH and sore throat may well be a sign that the man is sick and should get off but sometimes I'm well a little too stubborn for my own good ...
However, they spent the four days between the last camp and this is the very, very best way. Weddings here in Berlin which included everything from tears, laughter, family drama and the whole wide family morning after the train went west to my godmother and grandparents for three very calm days that really needed ihabi to unwind after the hustle. Refreshments, church attendance, cozy evenings, a 6 hour hike in the autumn sun, crafts and just relax ...
Now I'm in Berlin again and just like last camp, we started with a contest. What some calmer days and a healthier body can make a difference! 43.05 in the 500 and 4:35.? at the 3000th New PB at 500 (with manual timing) and New Europe PB at 3000m! Of course I had wanted to go under 43 at 500m, and one has to wonder if it would have been possible had it been electric timekeeping, but sleeps with over 0.5 seconds at 500m, the sky very much! At 3000m, I made yet another entry-level gaffe (my brain works apparently not quite at the very acid) and thought I had one lap left when I crossed the line ... But happy am I, my God, it's only October and the season is long!
